- Most orders are sent out within 48 business hours. If there is a delay in sending your order we will let you know. Often orders will be sent within one day when possible. We use the US Postal Service and you can choose the service type when placing your order. Orders are sent from Tucson, Arizona. For customs forms we will put the amount paid for items minus postage and handling. Please allow up to two weeks (in the US) or three weeks (outside the US) for your order to arrive. If it does not arrive within that time then contact us.
- Privacy & Security
- We collect aggregated non-personally identifiable information for web statistics. This helps us to understand our customer's needs and improve the service we offer. You may optionally create an account that shows order status and allows for placing repeat orders. If you wish your account information to be removed please contact us and it will be removed within fourteen business days. Credit cards are processed using PayPal and Amazon therefore Cache Zone US does not store or have access to credit card details. Many store pages and the payment process are encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption.
- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, just return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price plus outbound postage. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Return postage is not refunded. We recommend using a return delivery service with tracking. All items are checked before leaving our store, however if you receive a defective item please contact us with 30 days for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Ordering
- Once orders are placed a confirmation email is sent. Please add sales at cachezone.us to your address book to help ensure our emails are not caught in a spam filter. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please check your spam filter before contacting us. If you opted to create an account then logging into our store will show your order and it's status if it was successfully placed.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Prices and payments are in US Dollars. If payment is not received within 10 business days then the order will likely be canceled. Please contact us if payment is delayed for some reason. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has been received.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order simply log into the store with your user name and password.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information please log into the store with your user name and password. To keep informed of the latest news and offers we recommend that you resubscribe to the newsletter if your email address changes.
